    Refund Policy


    Our return policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date an order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    *Please, note that custom items are non-refundable since they are “made to order.”

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be almost unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    While we encourage trying the harness out, please make sure the original hangtag is still attached and the item is clean and free of any dog hair. Please check the inside of the harness as well as the inside of the Velcro strap. Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee.

    We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchase - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    All refunds will be provided in full MINUS THE SHIPPING & HANDLING FEE. We cannot refund the shipping & handling fee UNLESS the order was a mistake on our part.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    How to return 

    If you wish to return an item, please email us at advising us that you wish to return an item, stating your order number and the reason for your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping & handling fees  will be deducted from your refund.

    Free gift with purchase/bogo sale returns

    If a free gift was included with purchase, any returns of the original purchased items must include the free gift (new, in original packaging or with tag attached), or a refund will be withheld until the free gift is received. Alternatively, the value of the free gift may be reduced from the total refund amount.
